How it Works
ISOThrive helps you get back what you’ve been missing.
We all have bacteria in our gut that perform critical functions so the body can function properly. But those bacteria need to be fed. We call that microFood (it’s also known as PREbiotics). If you are eating a normal healthy diet, you are getting some of the kinds of microFood your bacteria need from whole grains, fruit and vegetables. But there is a certain subset of bacteria that require something we mostly no longer eat: fermented microFood.
The reality is, a long time ago our ancestors preserved their food by fermenting it. As a result, they ate large servings of fermented foods (like sauerkraut or kim chi or fermented sourdough bread) with every meal. Today, we no longer eat those foods, or if we do, just a small condiment amount – and that’s not enough.
As a result, a critical subset of bacteria is starving.
It’s Worse Than You Think.
When your gut bacteria don’t get their preferred microFood, they can start eating the mucus lining of your colon just to survive. At the same time, they can’t provide the energy source for the colon without proper microFood.
When that happens, the body’s primary protection from harmful bacteria and viruses is compromised, increasing the chances of infection. At the same time, these “chinks in the gut’s armor” lead to what is called “leaky gut syndrome,” a primary source of systemic inflammation.
Now you can see why there is such a direct correlation between low fiber diets, general ill health and the myriad chronic diseases we see in western society, such as acid indigestion, chronic digestive issues, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, allergy and even cancer.
If this explanation of what is going on in the typical American body has made you uncomfortable, and even a bit nervous…that’s natural. YOU SHOULD FEEL THE NEED TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT to make sure you are healthy today, then every day, and for your entire life.
Here’s the good news:
YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
You can take ISOThrive naturally fermented Prebiotic Nectar. Just ¼ tsp per day of this slightly sweet zero calorie nectar feeds your beneficial bacteria so they can keep your gut healthy and functioning properly.

What exactly are PREbiotics?
They are zero-calorie complex carbohydrates you cannot digest. When you consume them, they are not broken down by your digestive system so they don’t add any calories to your diet and do not cause blood sugar spikes. They arrive in the lower digestive tract intact, ready to feed your gut’s beneficial bacteria.
As we have modernized our food production, we have mistakenly removed the fermented microFood from the diet, starving a subset of our beneficial digestive bacteria and upsetting the proper functioning of the gut and its key role in our overall health.
